How It Works

The MQ sensor gives an analog value. When the value rises above the safe threshold, Arduino turns on a buzzer and warning LED.

Important

• Let the MQ sensor warm up before reading values.
• Find your threshold by comparing clean air and smoke/gas test readings.
• This is a learning project, not a certified safety device.
